“ been here a few times. nice ambiance. service is always professional. haven't had a bad meal. the menu changes slightly each time. had a few appetizers here including the crab cake, charcuterie board, beet salad, shrimp cocktail, and of course, raw oysters. the entrees are always really fresh, flavorful, and well balanced. some of the dishes we had have been the handmade noodles, risotto, monkfish, seafood stew. desserts - haven't had a bad one yet. again everything is fresh and tasty. ”
“ A lovely, lively but not loud location. The staff were all wonderful, though my waitress Carly was great. She has great recommendations for oysters and suggested the blue crab over the shrimp ceviche -- the blue crab was amazing and I didn't feel like I "missed out" on anything. Everything was exceptionally fresh and deliciously prepared. Will most definitely be back (visiting from out of state) and highly recommend. ”
“ My go to place for Lobster Roll and raw oysters. Love the service and the place is very open and trendy. Can't wait for my next trip to Boston. ”
“ Went here with a colleague and absolutely loved it. Had to try the Row 34 oysters. They were from Duckbury (?)--a very exclusive area and they were delicious along with the yummy sauces. We were hesitant to try the whole fish since they said it isn't filet'ed before it got to the table but my colleague did a fabulous job with it. Great flavor! Brussel sprouts were also very amazing and crispy. I had no idea they typically are fried in a fryer? I didn't ask here but either was, total Yums all around. Vey hip lighting and set-up. We sat on the high tops closer to the bar area and the high energy was uplifting. Server was fabulous. Would definitely go again... ”
“ Starting off: I came here to try my first lobster roll. Was in the area, and this seemed like a good spot based on reviews and for not having to go into the city. The restaurant was dim lit, and my server was polite and knowledgeable. Started off with a warm buttermilk biscuit - this thing was massive! Had to take half home. Warm, flakey, and perfect. Now for what I came for - the roll. I got the warm roll with butter and I give it a 4/5. The bun was perfect and the sauce was so flavorful, but as for the lobster itself, it was not the melt-in-your-mouth lobster I expected. Took a lot of chewing for a $42 roll. All in all, good vibes and experience. Taking a star off for chewy lobster, and that it took a while to flag down someone to get my check. ”
“ Came with friends and ate outside. Great ambience, friendly service. Appetizers were delicious (ceviche & tuna tartare). Homemade potato chips especially made them shine! The one star off goes for the entrees which were good, but not as amazing as I hoped they would be. The black rice was undercooked (crunchy, not al dente), and the Greek treatment lacked some flavor. But the company was great, so really nothing to complain about. ”
“ Heard great things about this place so I knew I had to go check it out. We started off with 3 different types of oysters: Island Creek, aunt dotty, and moon shoal. Our favorite was the Island Creek. Their spicy mignonette was so yummy. We also were between the cornbread and the buttermilk biscuit and per the waitress's suggestion we went with the cornbread. And boy was it amazing. It had crispy edges and the maple butter was so good with it. For entrees we went with the shrimp banh mi and the fish tacos. I would skip the fish tacos but the shrimp banh mi was so good. Definitely will come back here. ”
“ Fresh seafood, modern ambiance, and excellent service. We had a reservation and were sat at the back of the room in a booth where it was very easy to have a conversation (the space overall had great acoustic design) and we shared all of the plates. The server was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. We started with some oysters and loved the briny row 34s from Duxbury and the sweet and creamy mookie blues from Damariscotta the most. The velvety tuna crudo with the crispy shallots, avo and aioli was a really good bite. For other apps we tried the calamari, rangoons, salted cod croquettes, french fries, cornbread, and blistered snap peas - these were all tasty and easy to share but I don't think I would get them again. I liked the raw bar more, and maybe would try a soup next time. For mains, we got the whole fish (sea bass) and the salmon. Both were cooked perfectly, but the whole fish was definitely the star, even if we didn't perfectly debone it, the texture and flavors were so tender and fresh. For dessert, the warm chocolate chip cookie was delightful and the chocolate cream puff was lighter than I expected. The drinks were well mixed but I can't say any really stood out for me. It was a lovely meal (a bit spendy) and I would definitely return for the raw bar and the whole fish and pair with bubbles and wine next time. ”
“ I had the pleasure of dining at Row 34 in Burlington last night. As someone who doesn't frequent Burlington often, I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant atmosphere around the mall area where the restaurant is located. Finding parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. Walking into Row 34, I was struck by the spacious and tastefully decorated interior, exuding an upscale ambiance. We opted for the Dine Out Boston menu, I started with the clam chowder, and it was a true delight. Creamy yet lighter than other chowders, it had a delightful acidity from citrus notes that perfectly complemented the savory bacon bits. The house-made saltines were a beautiful and delicious accompaniment. For the main course, I had the herb-crusted haddock, which was cooked to perfection. The fish was soft and tender, and the herb crust added a wonderful depth of flavor. The star of the dish, however, was the leek purée, which elevated the entire dish to another level. The cabbage and potato combination provided a nice balance of textures and flavors. And dessert? Absolutely! The chocolate cream looked beautiful, but it tasted even better. The perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. To add to the celebration, my friends and I decided to indulge in a couple of cocktails. Though I was eager to sip away, I was so absorbed in the moment that I forgot to snap a picture, but trust me, they were worth every sip. The Condesa was strong and flavorful, while the White Lotus was sweeter and more visually appealing. Throughout the evening, the service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Row 34 truly lived up to the hype, and I can't wait to return. I've heard great things about their lobster rolls. ”
